		<description>Sipping off that track and getting your leg cut off by those big metal wheels is painful.  A lot of good ideas come from meeting with people and the level of excitement gets high.  I recommend capturing the mission and goals early and keeping these in a visible place.  Some times we need to visually redirect back to the objective.
