about

i’m a 20-something just out of college with some big ideas about the world of business, how you manage work, how to take care of people, and where i see things going next in the world of information technology services.

i graduated from penn state’s college of information sciences and technology — one of the best institutions of higher learning you will ever find. in my time at penn state i worked on the elion website which turned out to be one of the most daunting experiences i’ve ever had. i also spent time outside of class and my part-time jobs as team manager, general manager, and eventually assistant coach of the acha division 2 ice lions where i also created the site still in use today.

i’ve held positions of management and leadership since my high school days, throughout college, and now into my professional career at fortune 500 company. does that make me an expert on what i’m talking about? i’ll be the first to admit that it certainly doesn’t, but i don’t think i’m grasping at straws either.

some of the things i say might seem radical. some impossible. others might even seem unintelligible. but this is my blog and i can do whatever i want with it. that’s one of the good things about management ;)

as mr.  feeny said in one of my favorite episodes of boy meets world: “i can do whatever i want.  i have the megaphone.”

cheers!
